71 new builds in one week
In the seven days to 2 November 2026, Liverpool, Camden and Campbelltown had 71 new builds approved or certified: 58 new houses, 6 new houses with granny flats, 5 granny flats, 1 dual occupancy and 1 townhouse project.
The sample lists the 46 in Camden and Campbelltown, across two pages. Open the PDF to read every row and tap through to the map pins.
What's on each row
- Address
- Street address and suburb, linked to the map pin from the certificate. Handy on new estates where the number isn't on the kerb yet.
- Build
- New house, knockdown rebuild, granny flat, dual occupancy, townhouses or an apartment building.
- Value
- The estimated cost of works on the certificate.
- Date
- The day it was approved or certified.
- Builder
- The builder's company name, where a construction certificate names one, and how many new builds in the area it has been certified for in the past 12 months. CDC records don't name the builder. In the sample week, 15 of the 71 had a builder.
- Certificate
- CDC or CC, so you know which kind of approval it was.
Each list also picks out streets with two or more new builds that week, so one delivery run can cover several sites.
Where the list comes from
Every row comes from the NSW construction certificates and complying development certificates that certifiers lodge on the NSW Planning Portal. Either one is the certificate NSW requires before building work can start. The builder still has to appoint a principal certifier and give notice before work begins.
We keep only new homes and leave out renovations, additions, pools and commercial jobs. If a job is certified in stages, it's listed once, at the first certificate, so you don't see the same site twice.
